Scope of work:
Preparation of mechanical, architectural, structural and electric application projects for the Industrial Waste Oil and Waste Tank Farm, Physical and Chemical Pre-Treatment Facilities (including ventilation and fire fighting lines), preparation of estimate, BOQ, technical specifications of construction work and tender documents
Industrial waste pre-treatment plant,
- Oily waste and solvent farm
- Oil-water separation unit
- Oxidation / reduction (O / R) unit
- Neutralization unit
- Chemical precipitation unit
- Sludge dewatering unit
- Active carbon unit
It consists of units. Within the scope of this work,
- Preparation of electrical, mechanical, architectural and structural application projects
- Preparation of water, wastewater and infrastructure projects
- All project and process calculations
- Preparation of estimate, BOQ and percentage calculations for each unit of the project
- Preparation of specifications for each material, manufacturing, tools and equipment used in the projects
- Preparation of general technical specifications for construction works
